3 years ago, my partner and I took on the challenge of renovating this accommodation ourselves in order to live there. At that time, the accommodation was dilapidated but everything was there: the breathtaking view of the Loire, the massive floor beams, the floors in period cement tiles, the vaults of the bedroom on the ground floor but also of the cellar, the terraces on the alley side and on the Loire side, etc. We have sought through this renovation to keep the character of these elements while combining a modern, practical and warm side.The needs of our family having evolved, we had to change our place of living. But we are happy to be able today, to allow other people to benefit from this atypical place that we have appreciated so much during these years.
